We all have them - ideas, dreams, things we want to start doing that will allow us to step into our agency and start shaping the world we want to live in - be that in our communities, with our family, or on a bigger scale, looking at how things could be done better in general.

But then life happens. Work piles up. Days blur together. And suddenly those brilliant ideas are filed away, forgotten, buried under the header :busy.

Sound familiar?

I've been reflecting on this, and I realised: I don't need more ideas. I need to make space for the ones I already have.

For me, I need strategies - real, workable ones - for stepping into my agency when everything feels urgent and nothing feels possible.

So, I created a video diving into my thoughts on this and how nature is helping me (and yoga). But I want to know: what's your strategy? How do you make space to act when life gets in the way?

Watch the video, and then let's co-create a list together. Your ideas might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

Let's inspire each other.
